About Louise

Louise has always liked creative freedom in her work. As a graduate of Trinity College in Hartford, CT with a B.A. in French Literature and a Connecticut State Teaching Certificate, Louise was always fascinated and attracted to good food, new tastes and presentations. While attending Trinity in the mid 1970’s, she spent three semesters living in Paris, France where she attended a French Culinary School in the Latin Quarter. When she began catering in Eugene, Oregon in the mid 1980’s, she felt like she had finally figured out her life’s passion. “I absolutely love what I do and I feel so fortunate that I get to live one of my dreams of running a successful catering business and creating beautiful, delicious food. I have been blessed with a creative and professional team of employees whose talents abound both in the kitchen and the dinning room.”
